January 13, 2008 8:36 am WeightNo exercise today. Supposed to have one day a week that I don’t do anything so that’s today. Probably okay since my butt hurts from the stationary bike anyway.
Weight today is a bit more like I expected. Yesterday I took it after I had eaten and drank a lot of water after working out. Usually I do it right after I wake up and before anything else is done.

I’ve taken to wearing biking shorts for exactly that reason
Congrats on the weight starting to stay below 3. Even though yesterday was up for various reasons the trend is the important part. Keep up the good work.

Ditto on the bike-short thing. A good chamois pad in a decent pair of bike shorts is a must. More padding, and the shorts themselves help avoid chaffing.
