8:45 am Exercise, Weight

Interval running (C25K - Week 2) - 30 minutes, 1.91 miles. Rode bike after for 25 minutes for about 4 miles. Still trying to figure out the biking levels and stuff. Right now I’m trying to get about 70rpm and keep the HR at around 150ish; adjust resistance accordingly. I’m keeping it around 6 or 7 right now. Seems easy enough though.
