Rode bike for 25 minutes on the cross-country setting. Worked me fairly hard it felt like and went from 8 to 18 resistance during a couple “hills”. Ended up going about 5.2 miles and kept the RPMs at 70 or higher.

Stationary Bike (Cross-Country) - 1.18.08

After biking went on the rowing machine for about 11 minutes and then did some cool down. Resistance set to 9, tried to stay at least at 30s/min and ended up rowing about 2020m (1.25mi). Worked my upper body a lot more than my biking/running cardio has been lately. Also nice to use an alternate machine for a change of routine. Looking forward to tomorrow. Last day of week 2 for the running plan. Progress is always nice.
