January 18, 2008 6:52 am Exercise, WeightRode bike for 25 minutes on the cross-country setting. Worked me fairly hard it felt like and went from 8 to 18 resistance during a couple “hills”. Ended up going about 5.2 miles and kept the RPMs at 70 or higher.
After biking went on the rowing machine for about 11 minutes and then did some cool down. Resistance set to 9, tried to stay at least at 30s/min and ended up rowing about 2020m (1.25mi). Worked my upper body a lot more than my biking/running cardio has been lately. Also nice to use an alternate machine for a change of routine. Looking forward to tomorrow. Last day of week 2 for the running plan. Progress is always nice.
