January 25, 2008 2:11 pm ExerciseInterval running plan (C25K - Week 3) for 25 minutes and 1.78 miles this morning on my parents’ treadmill. I miss the ones from ACAC. Pretty rough run and it was hard to select the different speeds I needed. I’ll have to wait until I get back from the stuff this weekend in Indiana to upload my data. Hopefully I’ll try to run again sometime this weekend.
No weight since there apparently isn’t a scale in the house. Tomorrow I don’t think I’ll be feeling up to doing anything though. It’s going to be a sucky day.
