6:55 am Exercise, Weight

First day of actually getting full resistance workout all the way through. My weaknesses are leg extensions, biceps and upright presses. Did some rowing for about 5 minutes (1012m) afterwards to loosen up a bit and get a little cardio. I’m pretty shakey from the workout though so I couldn’t do much. I may have to split up days with resistance and do that in the morning and then come back at night.

I start Waltz classes February 7th though so that will get me back here every thursday night anyway so doing some cardio before that shouldn’t be a problem.
