January 31, 2008 8:36 am Exercise, WeightInterval running (C25K - Week 4) for 30 minutes and 1.96 miles. I knocked the speed down to about 4.6ish and was able to run the entire time and not get as winded. I think that is more likely to be my pace for longer runs (maybe a bit slower still) and gives me a lot of space to improve.
Also rowed 1000m in somewhere around 5 minutes afterwards. Just a little time to work the arms more than running does. In the very near future I want to experiment with the ellipticals to see how they feel.
Also had a meeting this morning to do a caliper test for body fat. I’d like to give myself a baseline to judge progress in the future. That, and I love me some telemetry…
