February 18, 2008 9:23 am Exercise, WeightInterval running - two 10 minute runs with 3 minutes between them; ended up being 38 minutes and 2.5 miles. Went pretty well this time. I stuck with a more level path and it really only has 2 hills that are a problem (or at least tougher than the gradual inclines). I kept my heart rate at a more reasonable rate though and think this was a success.
And for the chart/graphic addicts out there…
