8:12 am Exercise, Weight

Did resistance after work and it seemed to go better than it has in the mornings. Not sure if it’s just progress, doing upper-body before lower, or being later in the day. Gym was really busy though and I didn’t like that too much. I like the slower mornings far better.

Rowed for 3 minutes afterwards just to loosen my muscles a little. My upper-body stretches don’t do much for me and rowing seems to do just as well as anything else I’ve tried. Yoga might help though too with that. Ended up being about 700m distance in the time.
