February 25, 2008 9:14 am Exercise, WeightRunning (no interval today!) for 35 minutes and 2.5 miles. Did one 20 minute run and it went very well and made for a great workout. Feeling good today and thought the whole thing went much better than I had expected. Hopefully I’ll maintain the 20 minute runs for the rest of the week and start adding on to that.
Did my warmup walk and then stretched a bit and then did the run and it seemed to make my legs feel significantly better. Should be a good way to do it from now on.
