February 27, 2008 7:11 am Exercise, WeightRunning for 20 minutes (~5 min warm up and cool down each) for 2.17 miles. Running pace is around 13-14 min/mi and overall my pace is somewhere near 15 min/mi. Not too bad in my mind. Plus, it means there’s alot of room to improve.
