January 8, 2008 Exercise, Weight 1 CommentEvaluation by personal trainer at ACAC. Limited cardio (steps for 3min) and strength testing (9 pushups).
Went back at 5:45p and rode bike for 30 minutes - 10.71 miles. Feels better than just the eval this morning. Bike was nice but I think i could use my bicycle time a bit better than what I did. Next personal training session is Friday morning at 7. I want to get some more info on the bikes.
Final note. Doctor visit today noted that I was at 334 pounds last March. I apparently lost some weight in the past year without doing too much. Better eating habits I suppose. More info on that with my nutritional consult wednesday morning.
