Running indoors. Ran faster than usual to see what my mile time would be. It was hard to judge when to try to push on a treadmill and I ended up only doing it it about 12 minutes. Disappointing to me at least. Rode bike for 10 minutes afterwards. Didn’t pay attention to the distance and the bike shut off (I like my real one better).
Weight - 289.6
Stationary bike for ~30 minutes at 80rpm. Kept the HR at around 150-160bpm Most of the time. Even made it through 1.5 episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I’m going to have to rip a few more discs soon though. I also found someone at work who has Battlestar Galactica on DVD so that’ll help with some bike entertainment.

Rode bike for 1.72 miles and 11 minutes. Haven’t been getting many minutes in on the bike. Still getting used to the transition from stationary bike to real bike with hills, wind, air resistance and hills (yes, it’s in there twice. I hate them). I need to work on the bike pretty badly though. At the moment about 1/3 of my gears are difficult or impossible to get to. It doesn’t help that they are the lower gears that would be really nice to have when I’m on those hills… Not to complain though. It’s still great to be outside.

Happy Pi Day. I thought about running 3.14 miles today but that just isn’t going to happen.
Upper right arm and shoulder are a bit sore from softball but not too bad. I just want to hit the ball more often
Got on my bike after getting home from work and rode 2.77 miles around the neighborhood. Took about 15 minutes for an average speed of 11.5mph (I love my gadgets!). It wasn’t as good as I thought it may be but there’s a storm coming in and the wind was pushing back on my return trip a lot more than I thought it would. I also need to really get my shifting fixed on my bike. Not having the lower gears makes the hills very tricky to climb.

Softball practice for 1:30 after work. Had fun and did better and batting than I thought I would. Yay for me.

Tendinitis; probably not going to be doing weights today. Maybe in evening but not really sure.
Played catch with other people on the work softball team for 30 minutes at lunch. Tomorrow is practice so there will be more catch and some batting too.

Running outside after work. Sides of my shins started hurting towards the end. 1.84 miles in ~26 minutes. Average of 4.2 mph for the run.
