Ugh, moving lumber and yanking it out of the pile yesterday made my back very angry. Tylenol is making it okay right now.

Went down off Brandywine today to help out the Rivanna Trail Foundation people do maintenance on the stuff down there. Used a scythe sort of thing to hack away at trail-side brush for about 2.5 hours and then moved large rocks to fix a water crossing for another half hour. Very very sleepy right now and worn out. Suffice to say, not going to work out at the gym today then. Lots of good softball practice there.

As a side note, my weight stopped dropping and I haven’t felt like posting it. I still track it and see what’s happening (nothing much). Looking forward to lazyman tri to help get me motivated. Still haven’t figured out a good way to get motivated to really work as much as I feel I should (just doing it for myself doesn’t do it).

Played washer game with family for a couple hours (like Cornhole but with changes). Canoeing in the afternoon with cousin. Very very windy and lots of paddling. Played whiffle ball for an hour or two later that night. Lots of running.

In general a lot of misc movement during the 4 day camping trip. Drank mostly carbonated water that helped with hydration. Need to figure out how much energy it takes to scratch bugbites… I did that a lot.

Camping weekend. Previous days were driving to IN and then MI and stuff like that.

Went running in AM for a mile and some. Easier terrain but really warm and humid.
